Peek-a-Dominic

While taking a break from his Calculus homework, Dominic has learned a new game.  It's a new twist on the classic peek-a-boo where he pops in and out from behind a door and then tries to eat it.

One Last Picture

My grandpa Clarence who was Dominic's great grandpa, passed away earlier in June.  We came to visit him and my grandma on a Saturday.  This is the last picture we have with him.  He passed away a week later.  I'm glad we captured this moment of all of us smiling and one more memory to hold on to.

Fun Times in June

Is it really July already??  June went by so quickly.  Dominic is officially crawling and no more scooting for him.  He's eating really well and we are working on transitioning him to more solids.  It's cute to see him pick food up and use both hands to make sure it gets in his mouth.  He trying to stand up too....in the tub, by the coffee table.  He is still working on that one.

Playing in the pool.  He kept trying to crawl out.

First time he stood in his crib this past weekend.  Look how proud he is of himself.

Grandpa like to get down and crawl with me.

This grandpa likes to crawl too!

Look of mischief....I should remember this look a few years from now!

9 Month Old

Dominic turned 9 months last week. Everyone who says it goes by fast is not kidding. He weighs 20 lbs. 6 ounces and is 29 inches long. Big Boy!!

I think he's working on his top teeth these days. The droole and early morning crying are good indicators. He's sooo close to crawling too. He's on all fours, rocking and one knee forward. Good bye are the days of leaving him with his toys for few minutes!

Cousin Ashley turned 1!!

We met baby Brody. New babies always make Dominic seem so big. Definetely a reality check!

Mother's Day 2009

Mother's day fun the all the family.  The boys had matching shirts that day...how cute.  We ended up with more pictures of the two of them than anything else.  We should have saved it for Father's Day!
