Halloween Weekend

Dominic had his first plane ride over Halloween. He did really great on the plane. We took a trip to TX to visit my cousin Tamara & Nick and their little girl, Hanna. The kids had a great time playing with each other and trick or treating.

Fall Happenings

Too long since the last post???...I think that is an understatement. Well, here are some pic's from pumpkin time.

Dominic is walking...running at times. He says a few words, like Go, a version of banana, mama, dada. We have been also doing signs which is helpful for all involved. Being able to communicate, even just a little, is great. It's been neat to to watch him figure out things too. Simple things like a small cup fits in a bigger cup.

Visit to the Zoo

We visited Cosley Zoo, a great little zoo in Wheaton.  It was a perfect size for Dominic.  He was excited to walk (with some help) all around the zoo and be outside. We all had great time.

More Cake...on His real birthday...

After his birthday party the weekend before he didn't have any problems remembering what cake was.  He saw the cake and just put his hands in right away like "oh, this is what you do, right?!"

First Birthday

Here are pic's from Dominic's first birthday party.  He was tentative at first with the cake...But once Mike showed him how to do it...he dug right in!
